Dear Shelley, Happy birthday; I’m so glad you were born. There is still much pain attached to your memory, even the last three years have not been a long enough time for me to adequately pull my most loving, heartfelt thoughts about you into written word. Regardless of how hard it has been for me to express certain emotions publicly, I am confident in saying I know part of you will always reside somewhere deep in my soul. You gave and still continue to give so many people great warmth and inspiration in their lives, so thank you for all the beautiful things you contributed to this planet. You showed me your world. Now I’d like to show your world to mine. Love you.
